Requesting Transcripts:
Current seniors, if you need to request a transcript to be sent to a college or university or to pick up in person, please print and fill out one of the following forms then return it to Mrs. Stewart in the Registrar's Office in Room 107.

Picking Up Transcripts:
Please note that ID is required to receive transcripts in person. Students are responsible for forwarding his or her transcript directly to the person or place requesting the transcript such as the college admissions office if you did not request JFK to mail them.
Transcripts with second semester grades will be available for pick-up beginning June 14th in the Registrars Office. PLEASE Call before coming in as we will be on Summer Hours (951) 738-2191
After June 17, 2019, graduated seniors must request transcripts directly from the school district office using the online transcript request form: Official District Transcripts
