Norco, CA - Our Superintendent Dr. Sam Buenrostro was one of three recipients honored as the 2024 Distinguished Alumni Award in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the field of education.

As a distinguished alum of the University of La Verne's EdD program, he has demonstrated exceptional achievement as a leader in K12 education. Dr. Buenrostro's accomplishments serve as an inspiration to current and future students, and La Verne was proud to honor him for his contributions as a leader of California’s public schools.

Dr. Buenrostro was recognized on Saturday, April 6th at 5:00pm at the University of La Verne to celebrate his accomplishments and express gratitude for his ongoing contributions.
